Threadfin is the result of a desire to create a brand that reflects and voices our lifelong affinity with ocean life and to have a creative outlet to continue the original ethos of saltrock.

The epic Saltrock journey we embarked on in 1988 funded our surf adventures, gave us invaluable experience and a lot of good times. Whilst our hearts stayed tied to the brand reflecting our passion for the ocean and surf culture, we felt the need to create a platform that reflects our natural connection to the environment as surfers & ocean lovers and all that’s important to us.

Committed to constantly challenging the brand both environmentally and ethically; by harvesting and growing relationships with manufacturers to put social input ahead of financial gain.
